1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Course access

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the course content. Redistribution, sharing credentials, or public display without permission is prohibited.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed before checkout. Taxes may apply. If a course does not match its description, contact us within 14 days to request support or a reasonable remedy consistent with applicable consumer laws.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces and instructions provided.

5. Safety disclaimer

Flooring involves power tools, sharp edges, and dust. Always follow local codes and manufacturer instructions and wear appropriate PPE. We are not liable for misuse or ignoring safety recommendations.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by FlowVox Floorcraft or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Trademarks, logos, and content may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a fraudulent or harmful manner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowVox Floorcraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
